Who is Colonial Transfer?
Colonial Transfer LLC was created with the sole intention of offering our clients a better way to manage their loan payments, enhance their asset equity and get out of debt faster.
Is Colonial Transfer safe?
Our system is safe and secure. Colonial Transfer is administered through an FDIC-insured bank.
What loans can I enroll?
You can accelerate your payments on mortgages, student loans, automobile, RV or personal loans. Any term loan can be accelerated through our platform.
Can I make additional payments above and beyond our plan?
Yes! Our BOOST option gives you autonomy in your loan payments, increasing your payment on a one-time or regular basis that you can cancel anytime. Simply call our courteous customer service team and they will help you determine the best path to achieve your goals.
Is there a fee for your service?
Yes, Colonial Transfer LLC does charge a fee for our service. Please refer to your contract for all applicable fees.
What if I need to cancel or change a debit date?
Call us at +1 (866)-882-3110 at least 3 days (or 72 hours) before a scheduled debit and we’ll make the change for you.
I have paid off my loan. How do I close my account with Colonial Transfer?
Yes! Remember…we work for you, not your lender. So if you pay your loan off early, trade in your car or refinance your loan, you must call us to make the necessary adjustments to your biweekly account. Just reach out to our team and they will help you close or update your account.
How do I enroll in bi-weekly payment processing?
You can enroll directly by completing the form on the Get Started page. Or you can call us during regular business hours and any one of our team members will be happy to help!
When will I see my refund?
If you qualify for a refund, please allow approximately 10 business days to process refunds. The funds will be deposited back into the account they were withdrawn from.
Today is my debit day but I did not see the payment coming out of my account.
Typically, you will see payments reflected in your bank account between 2-6pm on your debit date. However, your bank may not post the deduction until the following business day.
If you already collected debits from my account, why do you need my loan account information?
When obtaining a new loan, it often takes weeks for your bank to process your loan and provide a statement for your first payment. To make your first payment on time, we must begin your debit schedule in advance of that date. Your loan account statement has the final loan information which we will want to confirm to ensure your payments are accurate and on time. This statement also provides the loan account number which ensures that when we electronically submit your loan payment it is allocated to the correct account.
